The Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wadein June, upending the precedent of the right to privacy and abortion in the United States. While Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell doesn't sit on SCOTUS, he no doubt had a hand in orchestrating the current conservative court that led to the decision.
