International Paralympic Committee President Andrew Parsons called for a "revolution of inclusion" during his speech, while Paris 2024 President Tony Estanguet praised the enthusiastic crowd, describing them as "la public complètement fou." The ceremony featured 500 performers, including Swedish choreographer Alexander Ekman, who infused the event with energy and humor.
